Sheila Ellis-Glasper is a branding and social media strategist who helps organizations and entrepreneurs turn their message into visibility, influence, and revenue.

With a background in journalism and features in national outlets including USA Today and CNN, Sheila understands how to position brands to stand out in competitive markets.

As the co-founder of SEG Media Collective, she has spent the past decade helping organizations and entrepreneurs develop brand strategies that attract audiences, increase engagement, and drive measurable growth. Her work includes building nationally recognized social media programs at Kansas State University and supporting business development through the Kansas Small Business Development Center.

Sheila is especially known for helping underrepresented and mission-driven organizations clarify their brand, expand their reach, and compete at higher levels. Her strategies have supported organizations ranging from local startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Through her leadership with the Black Entrepreneurs of the Flint Hills, Sheila is currently guiding brand strategy and visibility efforts for the Yuma Street Cultural Center, including a $2.5 million capital campaign supporting its development and community impact.

In addition to her consulting work, Sheila serves as the Executive Director of the Black Entrepreneurs of the Flint Hills, where she leads initiatives that support and advance underrepresented business owners across Kansas.

Sheila is also a sought-after speaker and facilitator, delivering sessions that equip teams with practical strategies to strengthen their brand, grow their audience, and convert visibility into opportunity.
